How do we build a custom package?

1. Introductory Call: It all starts with a brief introductory call to understand you and your goals.
2. Investment Level Choice: You select an investment level that suits you, with a minimum commitment of three sessions.

Then, you have two distinct paths to consider:

1) Coaching

In coaching, our initial session or week is dedicated to:

• Conducting a comprehensive assessment of your current career stage and goals.
• Identifying specific areas for development and growth.
• Developing a personalized action plan to achieve your objectives.

The insights from our first session will guide us through the remainder of your chosen investment level, focusing on measurable progress and specific outcomes.

2) Mentorship

While coaching includes elements of mentorship, choosing mentorship as a standalone path serves a unique purpose. It's less about specific goals and more about having a space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

Mentorship is about:
